Chef Paul Antonio

Chef Paul Antonio

Born and raised on the sunny island of Barbados, Paul discovered his talent in the kitchen at an early age. It wasn’t long before he chased his culinary calling from Barbados to Miami, where he would attain a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in 2000. Paul made a connection with the members of the legendary reggae band Inner Circle, leading to his employment at the band’s renowned Circle House recording studio complex in North Miami. He sharpened his skills preparing sumptuous fare for international recording artists, producers and actors such as Julio Iglesias, Enrique Iglesias, Denzel Washington, Martin Lawrence, Lenny Kravitz, Jose Feliciano, P. Diddy, and producer Dallas Austin.

By 2007, “Chef Paul” was ready to strike out on his own. He had acquired a Sports Nutrition certification, along with a CPR certification. Forming Body Mind and Soul International Inc, Paul began dramatically transforming the lives of clients all throughout South Florida through integrated training and eating plans. Since then, he has continued to be in demand, working for the likes of famed photographer Jonathan Mannion, Lil’ Wayne, producer Salaam Remi, Akon, T-Pain, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, as well as his old friends at Circle House Studios and more. He continues to train and “chef it up” on a daily basis, helping many people from different walks of life achieve and maintain their goals.

More recently Chef Ben puts his knowledge of great food to use teaching others to get the most from their home kitchens through demonstrations and cooking classes. A ten-year resident of Indianapolis, Ben likes to spend his free time exploring his passion for outdoor cuisine, and regional barbecue with family and friends.
